The Lyric is HyNote’s electronic newsletter. Each issue highlights a specific domain area with content from partners. The Lyric is distributed to thousands of client and alliance contacts every 6 to 8 weeks with complete click through tracking. This allows us to identify the specific interests of our prospects and follow up accordingly. Partners are encouraged to submit topics and content for inclusion in the Lyric and are not charged for inclusion.

Direct Marketing Via Email & Mailings
HyNote provides direct marketing services to partners for building brand awareness and demand generation. Campaign services can be conducted either under the partner’s brand or HyNote’s, depending on partner preference.

Event Marketing
Sponsoring and exhibiting at even small vendor and industry events is a very costly and time consuming task for smaller firms. HyNote enables multiple, non-competitive partners to cooperatively participate in events under the HyNote identity. The photo on the right shows an example of a HyNote 10’ x 20’ booth that was used at Hyperion/Oracle’s user group meeting. The cost of the event was shared over multiple participating Orchestra Partners and HyNote corporate, allowing for a higher impact exhibit than any individual partner could justify on their own.

Media Relations
HyNote utilizes industry-specific freelance media relations and copywriters and extends their services to Orchestra Partners. Media relations experts are skilled at getting your message written and published through a variety of vehicles, including press releases, trade publication articles, white papers, company web site and collateral.
